this feature allows you to view and control your fleet in the form of units, each unit is called a vehicle in the Fleet Vision service. you can view, add, or edit vehicles or details about previously registered ones. to access Vehicles, go to the navigation drawer and under Settings click on Vehicles, a similar window appears.
Fig.1 If you've previously added vehicles, your list will show as the previous screenshot shows, you'll find the vehicle name, the license plate number, the license information; registered date and expiry date, the mileage of said vehicle, the group said vehicle is in, if any, the current driver of said vehicle, the current location of the vehicle, the date and time of the last update to this vehicle. If you scroll right, you'll find the rest of the information as follows.

You'll also find the unit's GPS ID found on the device, the maximum assigned speed to said vehicle (by you) and the SIM number if any exists. You can edit certain information about each vehicle by clicking on the pencil shaped button, or you can delete it by clicking on the bin shaped button. If you don't have any vehicles yet, or you need to add a new one, simply click on the "New Vehicle" button on the top right corner of the page and the following window appears.

Fill in the data one by one, the GPS unit ID can be found on the back of the device you purchased, the maximum speed limit is set to 90 as a default but you can change it for every vehicle. After you're done, click on save and your new vehicle is added to your list.
