How to use the Camera-Vehicle setting in Fleet Vision mode
This feature links your camera device to a certain vehicle on the platform. After mounting the camera unto the dashboard in your vehicle, a software link must be created, that is where you link your vehicle to your new camera. Make sure you have created your "
Cameras" and "
Vehicles" profiles first. If they're already created, follow the steps below to link them.
To access the Camera-Vehicle feature, open the navigation drawer by clicking on the three-dashed button in the upper left corner, under Settings, click on Camera-Vehicle, a similar window appears.
Fig.01 The already linked vehicles and cameras are visible, the rest of the cameras that are unlinked have their "Linked Vehicle" slot empty, to link a specific camera to a vehicle, click on the edit button and a similar window appears.
Fig.02 Click on the dropdown menu and choose the vehicle you want to link. After you're done click save, you'll find your new linked vehicle's name present by the camera's name side.
